Did you know that the cost of a bathroom renovation will be fully recovered when it’s time to sell the property? That is, of course, if the layout provides maximum functionality, is aesthetically pleasing and the workmanship is of a high standard.

The bathroom is one of the most valuable rooms in the house, along with the kitchen, and a well designed and built bathroom will serve the needs of you and your household for years to come without looking dated or showing signs of age. In terms of profitability, real estate agents always place a premium on these types of renovations and the fact is, they help generate faster sales and higher prices.

Our Guarantee

A substantial percentage of our work is generated through recommendations to prospective customers by clients who are completely satisfied with renovations which we have undertaken for them and go on to tell others of our quality workmanship and professionalism. Our select team of experienced tradesmen will ensure that your renovation is undertaken with the highest level of quality workmanship.  All workmanship is guaranteed for six years. Compulsory HBCF insurance is available.

First Step - The Quote

The first step after making the decision to renovate your bathroom is to obtain a comprehensive quote.  At Nova Bathroom Renovations we pride ourselves on our detailed quotes which enable you, the consumer, to make an informed decision about the many aspects of your bathroom renovation.

Once you have requested a quote from us, a meeting will take place at the potential job-site where you will have the opportunity to discuss your future renovation with a highly experienced professional from our company.  You will be guided on decisions regarding layout, fittings and fixtures.  We strive to accommodate your wishes with regard to your renovation, and at the same time you will benefit from our extensive experience and knowledge.

If you have decided to change the layout of your bathroom, a bathroom layout plan will be included in your quote.

Bathroom too small?

You may be able to use an adjacent room to enlarge it. And if that’s not an option, why not consider removing the shower and installing a “shower bath” with a squarer, flatter, non-slip base for safer showering.

Want space to appear larger?

Consider using larger tiles, mirrors, vertical lines in the tiling from floor to ceiling.

Is the layout poorly designed?

Perhaps when you open a cupboard door, it hits the toilet? Allow us to design a practical and functional bathroom layout for you.

Have your children grown up and moved away?

You may want to consider removing your bath and enjoying a larger showering area.

Cold feet?

The comfort of underfloor heating will be worth the investment.

Waterproofing?

Not the most exciting aspect of your renovation, but definitely one of the most important. It is vital to ensure that water from the wet areas (shower, bath, vanity) does not penetrate through the walls or floor and cause damage to the structural integrity of the home. Waterproofing is done before any tiling or installation of fittings but after the walls and floors have been thoroughly prepared. Our waterproofer will waterproof your bathroom to Australian Standards.
